We aim to acquire properties at no more than 70% of their After Repair Value (ARV), factoring in renovation costs. Our renovation process follows a clear hierarchy:
1. Safety – Addressing all hazards and structural concerns.
2. Code Compliance – Meeting or exceeding local building regulations.
3. Quality – Using durable, high-standard materials and workmanship.
4. Desirability – Enhancing aesthetic appeal to stand out in the market.
